First Floor accommodation consisting of:-
two Double En-Suites, one Twin En-Suite room and one Family room with private bathroom - All week-end bookings must be a minimum of two night stays.
Single supplement of £4.00 pn will be charged.
Deposits required are £20.00 for one room(for one and two night stays) and £50.00 for one room for all other stays. Deposits are non-refundable unless a genuine excuse is received in writing.Key deposits are £10.00 payable when you book in and refundable at the end of your holiday on the return of your keys.
Long term winter lets for 2011/2012 - ROOM ONLY available at £70.00 per room per week. Deposit of £50.00 to book room. Maximum allowed stay 30 nights.
